This 3.8 ct pear unheated Rhodolite Garnet has a bright pinkish purple color with some orangy hues, displaying magnificent deep red and purple without needing much sunlight. With a good cut grade, fair to good symmetry, and a fair polish, it has a vitreous luster. The gemstone has a tiny, barely noticeable roughness on the girdle that does not affect its overall quality.
