The gemstone is chipped on the down side, on the side of the tip, this chip is visible throught the surface up if magnified, advised for silver jewelry.

This oval-shaped Natural Green Peridot from Africa weighs 0.94 ct and is unheated. It has excellent brightness and clarity. Although it has a small visible chip on the down side, that with loupe is visible on the surface, it still remains a valuable stone with a good cut grade, fair to good polish, fair symmetry, and very good vitreous luster.
